I offer reflexology, Indian head and shoulder massage and seated acupressure massage in a peaceful, welcoming therapy room between Ecclesall and Nether Edge in Sheffield.

With a lifelong interest in health, movement and wellbeing, my approach to therapy is grounded in a deeply holistic understanding of the connection between physical and mental health. I bring a background in teaching and self-development, alongside many years of experience in personal fitness and coaching.

My practice is influenced by a lifelong curiosity about different cultures and traditional approaches to health and healing. Through extensive travel, and experiencing therapies in many regions including South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, India, China and Japan, I’ve had the opportunity to explore a variety of traditional massage and wellness practices. These experiences have broadened my understanding of the many ways cultures approach relaxation, balance and wellbeing, and they continue to inspire my work.
